"Endless Bliss: The Ultimate Guide to 24/7 Happiness"

         " LIVING HAPPY 24/7"

The Simple Rules To Remain Happy 24/7
 1)Learn To Let It Go
 2)Stay Calm
 3)Be Stable
 4)Don't Overthink

RULE#1     Learn To Let It Go

The art of letting go is one of the most important skills to learn in life. Not everything is meant to stay,  no matter how much effort you put into them, somethings are meant to leave. If something or someone doesn’t belong in your life, it might be for the best—for both of you. Accepting this helps you move forward.

For example, if you’ve had a bad exam, stressing over it won’t help. It’s over, and all you can do now is focus on your next opportunity with a positive mindset.

Similarly, in relationships, breakups can leave lingering memories, but true happiness comes from letting the past go and move on happily. Whether you choose to stay single and focus on your career, or move forward with a new partner, leave past traumas behind and embrace what’s ahead.

                 RULE#2  Stay Calm

"The person who stays calm in any situation is the most happiest person."

If you won a lottery worth a million dollars, you would be the happiest person for that moment. But the next second, if you heard sad news about someone you love, the value of that  million dollars wouldn't even compare to a single penny. So why get overly excited or overly distressed about anything? These emotions can change your perspective on the world, leading you to live in a delusion.

If a girl says, "You are handsome," for a few moments, you might consider yourself as the most handsome man ever born. But if a girl says, "You are ugly," you might start doubting yourself and think you are the ugliest person ever born. However, if you remain calm in both cases, you won't suffer even 0.01% from what others say.

            RULE#3 Be Stable

Your face is the only thing people can see to gauge your current mood. Your facial expression reveals everything about your day. Always remember one thing: the more stable you become, the less people can hurt you, and the less people can hurt you, the happier you become.

More Stability = Less Hurt Feelings= More Happiness

By just remembering this you can face many problems of your day to day life easily.

If someone wants to annoy you, the more annoyed you look, the more that person will annoy you. Just stay calm in that moment; by not reacting, you will make the person feel annoyed instead. That's what the real-life UNO REVERSE is called.

          Rule#4 Don't Overthink

Your biggest enemy and your biggest friend is your own brain. If you use it to foster positive thoughts, it is called a mindset, but if you use it to focus on negative thoughts, it is called overthinking. Only a small trigger is needed to start overthinking.

For example, if your partner in a relationship doesn't reply to your messages on time, you might start overthinking that they could be cheating on you. However, you might not consider that they could simply be busy with something important. This leads to doubt and, as a result, arguments between you both. Over time, this can weaken your bond, and eventually, you might break up. Just because you overthought, you lost the person you loved most.
